III. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

The collection of personal data allows the Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort to:

The essential information to respond to your requests, such as name, first name, address, email, is indicated in the collection forms. If the required fields are not completed, the Mouratoglou Hotel & Resort will not be able to process the requests.

3.2 Retention of personal data

The data is kept for a period not exceeding the time necessary for the following purposes:

Customer data management:

• In active database (immediately accessible): your data will be kept for the entire duration of the relationship and 5 years after its end.

Passport data will be kept for the duration of the stay.

• In archive database (limited access): data may be kept for 5 years after the expiration of the active database data retention period.

At your request and with your prior agreement, passport data will be kept until the expiration date of the relevant passport.

Sensitive data management:

• Your data will be kept for the entire duration of your stay. With your consent and for your comfort, your data will be kept for 5 years after your stay.

Payment management:

• In active database: your payment data will be kept for the entire duration of the transaction (with our partner D-Edge).

• In archive database: at your request and with your prior agreement, payment data (excluding the security code) will be kept until the expiration date of the payment card or other means of payment. (with our partner D-Edge)

Financial and accounting management:

• In active database: data will be kept until the closure of the accounting year and approval of the accounts.

• In archive database: data will be kept for 10 years after the expiration of the active database data retention period.

Management of cookies and other trackers:

• Session cookies are kept for the duration of a session.

• Cookies and trackers subject to your consent are kept for 13 months from your consent.

• Cookies allowing the traceability of Internet users and IP addresses are kept for 13 months from the first visit.

Newsletter:

• Your data will be kept as long as your subscription is active.
